P-51 Mustang "Lucky Lady VII"
P-51 Mustang "Lucky Lady VII": Rolls-Royce Merlin V12 engine start up with flames out of the exhausts and smoke clouds. It shows that the P-51 is an original aircraft (without computer) and places high demands on the pilot. Take off and flyover even with a barrel roll causes great Merlin engine sound!
Watch our combat flight! We went through very exciting aerobatic maneuvers: Two simulated attacks with fighter half-rolls! Afterwards we flew towards the airport where the pilot made a perfect landing - as soft as butter! The Rolls-Royce Merlin V12 engine shut-down was the end of our extraordinary flight. Riding in a North American P-51 Mustang is definitely an unforgettable flight adventure!
After having experienced g-forces of up to +5g which pushed me down in the seat during the aerobatic maneuvers, the calmer part of the flight took us above the clouds. That is the place where freedom is unlimited and dreams come true - at least if you are riding in a North American P-51 Mustang :)
There is no better flight adventure than riding in a P-51 with the distinctive roar of a Rolls-Royce Merlin V12 engine in the ears. We flew over beautiful landscapes in South Germany at a speed of around 600 km/h. Moments later the flight program changed to Aerobatic maneuvers such as loops and rolls. We experienced g-forces of up to +5g. WOW!
After start up and warming up the Rolls-Royce Merlin V12 engine, the P-51 Mustang "Lucky Lady VII" takes off from the Airport Bremgarten in Germany. A ride in a true legend is the ultimate adventure flight.
