Air Ambulance Learjet 36A from Florida at Bern
This Learjet 36A, N41GJ, is seen taking-off at Bern in Switzerland. Florida-based Global Jetcare, a worldwide air ambulance service, brought a patient from Switzerland all the way back to the United States. The aircraft made a fuel stop at Shannon and another at St. John's before reaching its final destination Washington Dulles. This small jet with its elegant shape and two characteristic wingtip tanks was built in 1981.
