WOW, what an extraordinary cool Captain! Skywork Airlines is famous for being helpfull and friendly. But I haven never seen a captain holding thumbs up and even saluting me LOL. Have you ever flown with Skywork Airlines? It is highly recommendable! Each flight is an enjoyable journey where you can relax up in the skies! A lovely snack and a still water is included in the ticket price. But if you would like to have anything else you will get it for a reasonable price at the bar. You may even use an updated I-Pad during the flight and read the latest newspaper or magazines on it. There are even games, videos and other stuff on it. You won't get bored while flying SkyWork. The airline is home based in Switzerland at Airport Bern-Belp and will soon fly to over 30 destinations within Europe!
I love to fly Skywork!
The weather announcment of the Airport Bern-Belp said: Wind sheared runway 14. This means the difference of wind speed and direction as well as different pressure levels over a short distance. Pilots have to pay full attention. It is especially risky during take off and landing. In case of a wind shear short before landing the pilots have to make go around. But it was not too bad that day but still interesting to spot the landing.

Wow!! While plane spotting at the Airport Bern-Belp an animal trotted towards me. I could not believe my eyes. I have never seen a badger in my entire life. There it was even very sure about its direction till I appeared unexpectedly in the middle of its way. Being severely checked out by the badger let me assume that the animal was at least as much surprsied as I was. Well, that is called the perfect mutual surprise.
NEW PAINT SCHEME - Ducks :-) Even the fox was jumping for joy in the field.
Skywork Airlines Dornier 328 HB-AEV looks great in its new design.
The flight was not to Entenhausen but to the capital of Italy:
Flight SX0400 Bern - Rom Fiumicino

While take off the plane climbs towards the wonderfully snow capped Swiss Mountains.
Skywork Airlines celebrated its first birthday. Therefore, a video contest was launched. Skywork made a Preselection of the supposed best videos before the Skywork-community made the final voting. An awesome majority of 97% voted for this video which made me the winner.
A private Boeing 737-200, registered N912NB, visited the Airport Bern-Belp in Switzerland. A unique occasion which I did not want to miss. The take off on the runway which is only 1'730 metres long was beyond impressive. Those Pratt & Whitney JT8D engines whined up awesomely while the old turbo jet accelerated and finally climbed away. That might be called perfect plane music. By the way Boeing 737-200 have become very rare nowadays.
